Date: 29/07/2015

I"ve been focusing on bodybuilding for the last 6 months, but today I decided to do some cardio:

1) I did some middle to high intensity cardio (Some old M.M.A routens, weights used)

  • I warmed up by do about 10 laps around the gym (Every 3 third lap I would do some alternating side steps)
  • 30 Push ups
  • 30 Squats
  • 30 Crunches
  • I stretched out all the necessary muscle (Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Pictoral area, Hips, Quadroceps, Hamstrings, and Calves)
That ended my warm up.

2) I started my training (Cardio):
  • I punched the bags for 3 minutes (I did 6 rounds of this)
  • I had a miunte break in between these rounds.
  • I spar'd for 3 rounds.
These exercises where done at high intensity

3) I warmed down by repeating all the warm ups, but I excluded the running.

4) How I felt during this workout:
  • I had noticed a decrease in my fitness level (Obviously from only doing weight training (BodyBuilding)
  • I felt tried during the workout, but after I recovered very quickly)
5) My current weight is: 74.26 Kg.
